1.1 Karsten Beyenbach

Karsten Beyenbach is an entrepreneur and project developer specializing in energy and recycling technologies. His work focuses on the design and implementation of industrial plants for the

energetic and material utilization of residual materials.

His core competencies include:

- Development of technology projects in the energy sector (e.g. Partners Group AG Swiss)

- Planning and structuring of industrial plant projects

- Establishment of project companies and international collaborations

- Communication with investors and strategic partners

- Integration of complex process and energy systems

1.2 Eduard Buzetzki, Engineer – The Brain

Eduard Buzetzki is a process engineer and developer of thermal reactor systems. His technical work focuses on the development of high-temperature and decomposition processes for organic material streams.

He contributes the following expertise to technology development:

- Development of thermal reactor concepts

- Flow control and reaction dynamics in high-temperature processes

- Process design for thermochemical plants

- Technical advancement of industrial decomposition and cracking processes

3. Joint Strategy

The strategic collaboration of the three shareholders is based on the combination of complementary expertise. While the technological foundation is established through process engineering development, 
project development focuses on the implementation of industrial plants and the economic structuring of international projects.
